Formal written price quotes remain valid for 48 hours from issuance unless extended by mutual agreement.
Material weights are established on-site using NIST-calibrated digital crane scales or at certified government-approved weighbridge stations in Bengaluru. Both parties must sign the official weight slip prior to material loading. In the event of weight discrepancy exceeding 0.5%, a joint re-weighment is conducted immediately.
We operate on a 100% upfront payment policy. Full commercial value is settled via RTGS, NEFT, or instant electronic bank transfer into the seller’s verified corporate account before our transport vehicle exits the client’s facility.
Legal title and liability for the scrap materials transfer to SCRAP BUYERS BANGALORE ENTERPRISES upon receipt of full payment and signing of the Gate Pass / Manifest. The seller warrants that all scrap sold is free of third-party liens, stolen claims, or radioactive contaminants.
All structural dismantling, factory demolition, and boiler removal projects are governed by site-specific Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS). Clients must provide clear utility disconnection certificates (electricity, gas, chemical lines) prior to site handover.
Any hazardous chemical waste, PCB-laden capacitors, or un-purged gas cylinders must be explicitly declared. Handling of restricted items adheres strictly to KSPCB hazardous waste transportation rules.
